CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure appointments online and larger appointments in salon and is redeemable on your service. If you do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment or you fail to turn up your deposit will be forfeited.

We require at least 48 hours notice during salon opening hours by phone for any changes, and reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

Any client who cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time or simply does not turn up will be required to pay 50% of their next appointment's services as a deposit to secure another appointment.
